Estefulya Global

Body contouring in Istanbul, planned with you

Calm coordination setting used when planning a body contouring journey in Istanbul
Planning happens before any procedure date is set. Partner plastic surgery specialists perform the care; Estefulya coordinates the path around it.

BBL, liposuction and tummy tuck change the body in different ways, and they change recovery too. This guide explains when they can be combined, when they should be staged, and what a week in Istanbul actually has to hold.

Estefulya Global helps you weigh those choices, introduces you to an independent plastic surgery specialist, and stays with you through travel and the weeks after you fly home. The operation itself sits with that doctor.

Safety limits come before a dramatic photo. Estefulya does not sell high-volume BBL packages.

01

Volume limits

Partner specialists set how much fat can move. We do not sell high-volume packages.

02

Sitting posture

Recovery often means you do not sit as usual. Hotel and flights have to match.

03

Garments

Compression is part of the plan, not an accessory.

BBL combines liposuction and fat transfer. Safety limits matter more than a dramatic photo.

People who want fat moved from the torso or thighs to the buttocks, within safe volume limits.

A BBL is not a filler sitting. Fat is taken from one area and placed in another. Partner specialists set volume limits. We do not sell high-volume packages. If a remote photo suggests the request is beyond a safe plan, the preliminary assessment will say so.

Recovery often means a special sitting posture and a compression garment. Flights and hotel beds have to match that. Typical stays can be longer than a rhinoplasty week. We plan those logistics; we do not invent a guaranteed night count.

Fitted-clothing photos from front, side, and back help a first review. Diagnosis and treatment belong to your plastic surgery team.

The most common contour request.

02

Back and thighs

Often combined, sometimes staged.

03

Arms and chin

Smaller zones. Still not a weight-loss plan.

Liposuction removes fat from chosen areas. It is not a treatment for obesity.

People with stubborn fat pockets who are close to a stable weight and want contour, not weight-loss surgery.

If your main goal is the scale, this path is the wrong door. Liposuction is for shape. Partner specialists look at skin quality, weight stability, and which zones can be treated in one session without stacking risk.

Garments, swelling, and bruising are expected. You should plan time off work and walking, not a sightseeing marathon. Combinations with BBL or a tummy tuck may be staged rather than done in one day.

We coordinate matching and the Istanbul week. The surgical plan belongs to the partner team after they examine you.

01

Skin and muscle

This path is for loose skin or a midline gap, not only fat.

02

Bent walking

Early days are slower. Plan the hotel and the flight around that.

03

Honest pause

This is not a light edit. Time off work is part of the conversation.

A tummy tuck removes extra skin and can tighten the abdominal wall. Recovery is a real pause, not a light edit.

People with loose skin or separated muscle after weight change or pregnancy who need more than liposuction.

If the issue is hanging skin or a gap in the midline muscle, liposuction alone may disappoint you. A tummy tuck is a larger operation. Drains, a bent walking posture for a while, and a longer hotel plan are common topics.

Smoking, future pregnancy plans, and blood-thinning medicines all change timing. Say them early. We would rather delay a date than ignore a risk the partner specialist will raise anyway.

Photos in fitted clothing, front and side, help the first review. Partner specialists operate. We handle coordination and aftercare logistics.

What body contouring actually involves

BBL, liposuction, tummy tuck, and why they are not one product

What body contouring is, and what it is not

Body Contouring: What body contouring is, and what it is not

Body contouring is a group of operations that change the shape of the trunk and, in some plans, the hips or thighs. People use the phrase as if it were a single product. It is not. Liposuction removes fat from selected areas. A tummy tuck, also called abdominoplasty, removes extra abdominal skin and can tighten the muscle wall underneath. A Brazilian butt lift, often shortened to BBL, uses fat taken by liposuction and places a limited amount of that fat into the buttocks. Each step has a different recovery and a different reason to travel.

We do not sell a high-volume BBL package. What is medically reasonable is decided after an in-person exam with your doctor. A remote look at photos can only support a first personalised assessment. That assessment is not a surgical recommendation.

01

Liposuction: removing fat, not tightening skin

Liposuction uses small incisions and a thin tube to remove fat from areas such as the abdomen, flanks (the sides of the waist), back, thighs, or arms. It is not a weight-loss method. If the skin over those pockets is loose, liposuction alone may leave the surface softer rather than smooth, which is why a specialist may talk about a tummy tuck instead of, or in addition to, lipo. A compression garment (a tight medical garment worn over the treated areas) is usually part of daily life for weeks while swelling settles.

02

Tummy tuck: skin, muscle, and a longer first chapter

A tummy tuck addresses extra abdominal skin and, when needed, a separation of the midline muscles that can follow pregnancy or large weight change. Liposuction cannot do that job. Early recovery often includes walking slightly bent, limited lifting, and attention to the incision and any drains. That is why this journey usually needs more hotel nights than liposuction alone. If you also want fat transfer to the buttocks, the specialist may refuse to stack both in one session.

03

BBL, safety limits, and why volume is not a sales goal

A BBL is two linked steps: harvest fat with liposuction, then transfer a portion of that fat into the buttocks. Not every millilitre removed can be placed, and not every body has enough donor fat. In plain language, fat must stay in safer, more superficial layers, and volume is limited in one session. Placing large volumes deep near major blood vessels has been linked to rare but serious complications. We will not advertise maximum volume. Partner specialists treat volume as a safety decision, not a marketing number.

04

Combinations, staging, and photos in fitted clothing

Liposuction plus BBL is a frequent pairing because the transfer needs harvested fat. Liposuction plus tummy tuck appears when the waist needs both fat reduction and skin removal. Tummy tuck plus BBL is the combination that most often gets staged. After a BBL you are usually told to keep pressure off the transferred area, sleep on the stomach or side, and use a special pillow when you must sit. After a tummy tuck you need to protect the abdominal incision and often cannot move the same way. Asking one hotel week to serve both rulebooks can be unsafe. Staging means you recover from one chapter, then return for the next.

For a personalised preliminary assessment, coordinators often ask for body photos in fitted clothing. Useful views are usually a front standing photo, a left side, a right side, and a back view, taken in even light, arms slightly away from the torso, no filter, in clothing that shows the silhouette (leggings and a fitted top are typical). Those views help a partner specialist see waist-to-hip balance and possible donor areas. They cannot show skin elasticity. After you arrive, the plan may change.

How we sit in this journey

What Estefulya does before, during, and after Istanbul

Who we are in a body contouring journey

Body Contouring: Who we are in a body contouring journey

For body contouring, Estefulya Global helps you understand BBL, liposuction and tummy tuck, weigh combinations and recovery, and introduce you to an independent plastic surgery specialist. We organise the Istanbul week and stay with you afterwards. The operation sits with that doctor.

Our office is in Fulya, Şişli, Istanbul, at Teşvikiye Mah. Hakkı Yeten Cad. No:11 D:51, Fulya Terrace Center 2. This is where we meet you and check that your hotel can support pillows and garment changes. The procedure takes place at the facility chosen for your case.

Photos of your body, messages, and medical notes are shared only with Estefulya coordinators and the relevant partner medical specialists who need them for assessment and care coordination. Files are encrypted in transit and stored for that purpose. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing lists.

Across the platform, not only body contouring, we have coordinated 5,000+ healthcare journeys, with 98% satisfaction reported in our internal follow-up, patients from 80+ countries, and 15+ years of combined healthcare experience in our team. Those figures describe the platform. They do not predict your swelling or your exact night count. When we match you, we look at your goals, prior operations, travel window, and whether a companion can help with posture and garments. We would rather stage a plan than push you toward a high-volume request that a responsible team will not perform.

Who this path may suit

Educational notes, not a diagnosis

Who a coordinated body contouring journey is for, and who should wait

Body Contouring: Who a coordinated body contouring journey is for, and who should wait

People who write to us about body contouring usually want liposuction, a tummy tuck after pregnancy, a modest BBL, or two or three of those things in one trip. None of those stories automatically qualifies or disqualifies you. They tell us which questions to ask and which partner specialists to involve in a preliminary review.

A coordinated international journey asks more of you than a local consult. You will fly, stay in a city you may not know, and recover in a hotel. Body procedures often need a longer city window than rhinoplasty. You may need help putting on a garment, getting out of bed after a tummy tuck, or avoiding pressure on a BBL. If you cannot take that time, or if you need a same-week change before an event, say so early. Swelling, garments, and sitting rules often make a rushed request unrealistic.

Who should wait matters as much as who should travel. If you are still losing a large amount of weight, many specialists prefer to wait until your weight is steadier. If you smoke or vape, say so. Nicotine affects blood flow in skin and in transferred fat. If you take blood-thinning medicines, have a clotting history, or have a condition that makes long anesthesia more fragile, the medical team may ask for clearance at home first. A request to copy a high-volume social media BBL onto a frame that does not have the donor fat is a planning problem, not a booking problem. Estefulya does not diagnose you. Educational notes on this page are not a medical opinion about your case.

01

Write what you want changed and what you want to keep, including waist, abdomen, hips, and thighs, as short lists.

02

Tell us about every prior body operation, hernia repair, or injectable you remember, with approximate years.

03

Expect a personalised preliminary assessment, not a promise of a named technique, a fat volume, or a final look.

04

Be ready to stage combinations or to wait if recent surgery, nicotine, weight change, or life timing makes travel unwise.

Ten scenes in a coordinated body contouring journey

Process map

10 scenes

After you fly

10

  1. 01

    First message

You write on WhatsApp or through the short inquiry form on this website. Name, country, a way to reach you, and a few sentences about the body areas that bother you are enough to open a file. If you already have a travel month in mind, mention it, and mention whether a companion can stay for the first week. There is no countdown clock and no instruction to send photos before you are ready.

  2. 02

    Photos and records

If a preliminary review would be useful, the coordinator explains which views help: usually a front standing photo, a left side, a right side, and a back view, taken in even light, in fitted clothing that shows the silhouette, no filter. Photos travel only to coordinators and the relevant partner medical specialists. A still image cannot show skin bounce or how you sit. That is why this stage stays preliminary.

  3. 03

    Coordinator review

A coordinator reads your message the way a planner reads a brief. They sort goals, prior procedures, health notes, travel constraints, and whether you are asking for a combination that often needs staging. They flag missing facts rather than guessing. They prepare a clean summary for a partner plastic surgery specialist. If a photo is hard to read because of loose clothing or shadow, they may ask for one more picture.

  4. 04

Partner specialist input for a preliminary assessment

The summary and images go to a relevant partner plastic surgery specialist in our network. That person comments on what the photos suggest, what cannot be judged remotely, and what options might be discussed in person. We turn that input into a personalised preliminary assessment written in ordinary language. It will not read like an operating-room order and it will not quote a fat volume as a promise. If two directions are plausible, including a staged combination, we say so.

  5. 05

    Questions, options, and next steps

You receive the assessment and a chance to ask follow-up questions. People often ask about stay length, whether a companion should travel, how long they must wear a garment, whether they can sit after a BBL, and whether a tummy tuck can happen in the same session. We answer what belongs to coordination. The specialist answers what belongs to medicine. If the assessment suggests waiting or staging, we say that plainly. You decide whether to continue toward dates.

  6. 06

Travel dates, hotel, transfers, and interpreter

Once you want to move forward, we work backward from the care window the partner team can offer. You book your own flights in most journeys. We help you choose arrival and departure days that leave room for an exam, the procedure, and a longer early recovery than many rhinoplasty calendars. Hotel options usually sit near the partner facility or along a simple route to Fulya. Airport pickup can be arranged from Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gokcen (SAW).

  7. 07

Arrival and office or facility flow

On arrival, a driver typically meets you at the door you were told to use. You go to the hotel first in many plans so you can wash, eat, and sleep. The next block is often a visit to the Consultation and Coordination Office, a meeting at the partner facility, or both. Bring your passport, medicine list, and copies of any records you already sent. The office visit is for orientation. The facility visit is for the specialist's exam. Those two meetings should not blur into one identity.

  8. 08

Care day: what we do and what the partner team does

On the day of the procedure we stay with you on the ground: the car, the interpreter if booked, the facility's fasting instructions, and a way for a companion to wait. Your doctor and the facility team lead consent, the operation, and the first recovery orders, including garment type and whether you may sit. If the doctor postpones because a combination looks unwise that morning, we rework cars and rooms so the plan still holds.

  9. 09

    Recovery window in the city

The days after surgery are usually spent in Istanbul so the partner team can see early swelling, check garments and incisions, and review sitting or sleeping posture. Coordinators check in on comfort, meals, and whether the hotel still works. We do not invent a guaranteed number of nights. Many body contouring conversations use about ten to fourteen days in the city as a planning range, often longer than a typical rhinoplasty week.

  10. 10

    Flight home and remote follow-up

When the treating team is comfortable with you flying, we confirm transfer timing to IST or SAW and remind you about compression on the plane, walking the aisle when allowed, and not lifting heavy bags. After a BBL, cabin sitting may still need the pillow method the specialist taught you. After you land at home, follow-up continues by message and photo on an agreed schedule. Early photos are for healing checks, not for judging the final contour. If something feels wrong (fever, sudden one-sided swelling, shortness of breath), you contact us and we escalate to the partner team.

Planning the Istanbul stay

Stay ranges, packing, airports, and office hours

Planning your visit

Body Contouring: Planning your visit

Stay length is the question people ask first after they understand who operates. For tummy tuck, BBL, or combinations, the planning habit is often about ten to fourteen days in Istanbul, and sometimes more. That range covers an exam, the procedure, garment checks, and early reviews. It is a planning habit, not a guaranteed night count, and it is usually longer than the roughly one-week city stay discussed for many rhinoplasty journeys. Build flexibility into tickets when you can.

Time off work should cover more than the flight. The first week is about rest and garments. Desk work may be possible later if you can sit as instructed, or work standing after a BBL. Physical jobs and gyms wait for the specialist's clearance. After a BBL, sitting in a normal office chair can be the last thing you are allowed to do.

A second adult helps with bags, garment zippers, and the first showers when bending is limited. Some adults travel alone and do well because transfers are already booked. Children should not be your only support in the hotel. Tell us who is coming so the driver expects the right headcount.

Istanbul has two main international airports. Istanbul Airport (IST) sits on the European side and handles many long-haul arrivals. Sabiha Gokcen (SAW) sits on the Asian side and is common for certain carriers. We schedule pickup from the airport written on your ticket. After surgery, the return transfer should assume you move slowly and may need help with luggage.

The Consultation and Coordination Office keeps weekday hours Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Sunday by appointment only. After-hours emergencies go through the contact channel your coordinator gives you, then to the partner facility if the issue is medical. Coordinators work in English and, depending on who is assigned, Arabic, German, or French.

01

Front-zip or button garments and loose bottoms that fit over a compression garment.

02

Your usual medicines in original packaging, plus a written list of doses.

03

Slip-on shoes so you do not bend to tie laces after a tummy tuck.

04

A travel pillow if a BBL sitting rule is likely, plus extra underwear that will not cut the incision line.

05

Passport, insurance cards if you carry them, and copies of prior operative notes.

On the ground in Istanbul

Pickup, hotel, interpreter, and check-ins

What happens after you land

Quiet recovery room used during the early days after coordinated body contouring care in Istanbul
Early recovery is planned around rest, garments, and specialist check-ins. Hotel and transfer choices should support posture rules, not a tourist calendar.

The first hour in Istanbul should feel boring in a good way. A driver meets you, helps with luggage, and takes the mapped route to the hotel. If you land late, we do not drag you to an office meeting. Sleep is part of safety. Water, a simple meal, and rest matter more than a city tour.

Hotels we suggest are chosen for a quiet room, a reliable front desk, and a car time that makes sense for the partner facility. For body contouring we also ask whether the bathroom and bed height will work when you cannot sit normally or cannot stand straight. We separate hotel billing from medical billing so you can see which invoice is which. If a room is too noisy, we treat that as a coordination problem.

Interpreter support, when booked, is for medical conversations: consent, the exam, and the first aftercare talk about garments, sitting, and drains. The interpreter is not a tour guide and is not a decision-maker. Coordinators also translate plans into ordinary language after the visit. If two people in the room heard two different versions of a sitting rule, we stop and clarify before the car leaves.

Facility visits follow the partner hospital or surgery center's rules. Estefulya staff may wait in a lobby or join an agreed portion of the conversation. After the procedure, early check-ins are usually short: garments, incisions, and the next appointment. Coordinators ask how you slept and whether the hotel still works for posture.

Aftercare in the city mixes medical visits and ordinary support. Someone may need extra pillows, gauze, or a pharmacy that is still open. We would rather you send a photo to the agreed channel than guess. If the specialist wants you to come in, we move the car. The last in-person visit before a typical home flight is when travel fitness is discussed, including how you will sit on the plane. That conversation belongs to the treating team. We then lock the airport run to IST or SAW.

What a result means over weeks and months

Results you should judge on a long clock

Days

Swelling, scabs, or early change. Not the result.

Weeks

Social comfort starts to return. Photos still lie.

Months

The window used to judge healing and growth.

Tummy tuck before and after, individual results vary
Abdominal pair in one frame. Timeframe varies. Individual results vary. Editorial example only.

A body contouring result is not the silhouette you see when the first garment comes off for a shower. It is the shape you live with after swelling has left the tissues and, after a BBL, after a portion of the transferred fat has settled. Liposuction areas can look puffy or irregular before they look smoother. A BBL can look fuller early because of swelling, then recede as some of the transferred fat does not remain. That change is expected. It is not proof that the operation failed, and it is also not a promise that volume will stay at the first-week size.

Honest ranges help more than slogans. In the first week you should expect the most obvious swelling, garment dependence, and limited walking. Many people feel more socially comfortable after two to three weeks in clothing, yet the contour can still look blunt. Around three months, a large share of swelling has usually settled enough that friends stop commenting. Between six and twelve months, finer definition can still appear. None of these marks is a guarantee. Your specialist may give you a tighter or looser window after seeing you.

Posture and garments are part of the result, not extras you can skip because you feel motivated. Compression garments on donor and liposuction areas are usually worn most of the day at first, then tapered as the specialist allows. After a BBL, keeping pressure off the transferred area protects the fat that is still establishing a blood supply. After a tummy tuck, standing fully upright too early or lifting children before clearance can stress the repair. Coordinators will repeat the partner team's rules in writing so you are not relying on memory from a groggy afternoon.

Photographs in this article are editorial examples from approved journeys. They are not a promise that your abdomen or waist will match the pair. Lighting, camera distance, clothing, and time since surgery differ. When we do not have a reliable interval we say the timeframe varies. Individual results vary. We do not invent patient names or stories to sit under a picture.

Body Contouring: Safety, privacy, and responsibilities

Clinical responsibility sits with the partner plastic surgery specialist and the partner facility. They decide whether you are a candidate after an in-person exam, which procedures they will perform, whether a combination must be staged, how anesthesia is handled, and what you must do after you leave the building. Estefulya Global does not write those orders. We make sure you can reach the people who do, and that travel does not quietly fight the medical plan. If a safety concern appears (a fever, sudden one-sided swelling, shortness of breath), we treat it as urgent coordination: contact the treating team, move a car, delay a flight if they ask.

Every operation carries risk. Body contouring risks include bleeding, infection, fluid collections, uneven contour, numbness, poor scarring, fat that does not survive after transfer, and, rarely, serious events related to fat entering the bloodstream or to long anesthesia. Percentages on a webpage cannot describe your case. We will not promise high-volume BBL. Your specialist should talk in the language of your case, including what would stop the plan on the day and why a request for extreme projection may be declined.

Privacy is part of safety. Body photos are identifiable. We share them only with coordinators and the relevant partner medical specialists for assessment and care coordination. Transfer is encrypted. Storage is limited to that purpose. We do not sell images. We do not post your body. Your responsibilities are ordinary and important. Tell the truth about prior surgery, injectables, medicines, nicotine, and clotting history. Follow the facility's fasting and medicine instructions. If someone sounds as if Estefulya will operate, stop and ask us to restate who does what.

Quotes after a plan exists

Costs and what a quote can include

Body Contouring: Costs and what a quote can include

There is no honest public price list that fits every body contouring journey. Liposuction of one area, a tummy tuck, a limited BBL, a staged combination, facility type, anesthesia time, garment kits, and how many nights you stay in a hotel all move the number. Anyone offering a single figure before photos, history, and a specialist's view is guessing. We wait for a personalised preliminary assessment and a partner plan, then we explain the quote in parts you can read.

A coordination quote usually covers the planning work: matching, itinerary, airport transfers that we arrange, interpreter time if booked through us, and follow-up messaging after you go home. The medical quote from the partner side usually covers the specialist, the facility, and anesthesia as they define those lines. The hotel is often a separate invoice. Flights are almost always yours. Extra nights, companion meals, pharmacy garments, and medicines you buy locally are typically extra. If a line is unclear, ask us to label it as medical, facility, hotel, or coordination before you pay that line.

Quotes can change if the in-person exam shows more loose skin than the photos suggested, less donor fat, or a need to stage what you hoped to combine. We would rather send an updated breakdown than hide a surprise in a bundle name. Insurance coverage for international elective body contouring is uncommon. If you have a policy you want to try, bring the documents early. We do not promise reimbursement.

Pricing follows assessment and the partner plan. We share a labelled quote once that plan exists.

FAQ

Do you operate, or is the Fulya office a hospital?

You meet us at our Fulya office to talk the plan through. The operation takes place with the independent plastic surgery specialist you are matched with. We help you weigh combinations and recovery, organise travel, and stay with you after you fly home.

Who performs BBL, liposuction, or a tummy tuck?

Your doctor, at the facility we help you choose. Whether to operate, whether to combine or stage, and what garment and sitting rules you must follow are that doctor's responsibility. Estefulya helps you reach that decision, prepares the file, and stays with you through recovery.

What is a personalised preliminary assessment?

It is a written planning note based on your goals, your history, and, when useful, photos or records. A relevant partner specialist may add comments on what the images suggest and what must wait for an exam. The note is not a surgical recommendation and not a promise of a fat volume. After you arrive, the plan can change.

How do BBL, liposuction, and tummy tuck differ?

Liposuction removes fat from selected areas and does not reliably tighten loose skin. A tummy tuck removes extra abdominal skin and can repair separated midline muscles. A BBL uses some of the harvested fat and transfers a limited amount to the buttocks. Combining two or three can be reasonable when recovery rules are compatible. It can also be impractical when tummy tuck posture and BBL no-pressure rules fight each other.

Why are some combinations staged instead of done in one session?

Staging means two separate care windows instead of one long operation. Specialists consider it when anesthesia time would be long or when recovery positions conflict. After a BBL you are usually told to keep weight off the buttocks. After a tummy tuck you need to protect the abdomen. Asking one hotel week to serve both rulebooks can harm the transfer, the repair, or both. We coordinate the extra travel.

Do you offer high-volume BBL?

We do not advertise or promise high-volume BBL. Safety limits on where fat is placed and how much is transferred exist because rare, serious complications have been linked to unsafe technique and extreme volume. Partner specialists treat volume as a medical limit, not a catalogue size. If your request exceeds what a responsible team will do, the preliminary assessment should say so.

What should I know about recovery posture and compression garments?

Compression garments are tight medical garments worn over liposuction and donor areas to control swelling. You usually wear them most of the day at first, then less as the specialist allows. After a BBL, keep pressure off the transferred area and use a pillow that shifts weight when you must sit. After a tummy tuck, standing fully upright and lifting wait for clearance. The treating team writes the actual orders.

Why do you ask for body photos in fitted clothing?

Front, both sides, and back views in fitted clothing help a specialist see silhouette, waist-to-hip balance, and possible donor areas for a preliminary assessment only. Fitted clothing shows shape without requiring a studio nude set at the first step. Photos are shared only with coordinators and the relevant partner medical specialists, encrypted, and never sold. They do not replace an exam of skin elasticity or fat thickness.

How long do people usually stay in Istanbul for body contouring?

Many body contouring plans are discussed as about ten to fourteen days in the city so the specialist can see you before and after the procedure and can check garments and posture. That is a planning range, not a guaranteed night count. This window is often longer than the roughly one-week stay discussed for many rhinoplasty journeys. Flying home the morning after surgery is usually too soon.

Which airports do you use for pickup?

We plan airport transfers from Istanbul Airport (IST) and from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW). You choose the flight. We need the correct airport and any delay updates. After surgery, the return run should assume slower movement and help with bags. Send the ticket as soon as you book so the driver is not waiting at the other airport.

What follow-up do I get after I fly home?

The relationship continues after you fly. Your coordinator stays available, and we keep the treating specialist in the loop. You send questions and, when asked, healing photos on an agreed schedule. Early images are for safety, not for judging the final contour. If something feels wrong, you contact us so we can reach the treating team. Local emergency care still comes first if you cannot wait for a message.

How are costs decided if there is no public price list?

Pricing follows the assessment and the partner plan. The mix of liposuction areas, tummy tuck, limited fat transfer, whether work is staged, facility time, anesthesia, and hotel nights all change the total. We break quotes into coordination, medical and facility, and hotel lines when those are billed separately. Flights are usually yours. We share a labelled quote once a partner plan exists.

Which languages can coordinators use?

Coordinators work in English. Depending on who is assigned, Arabic, German, or French may also be available. Tell us your preferred language in the first WhatsApp or form message. Interpreter support at the partner facility is arranged when the medical conversation needs another language.

How do I start a body contouring conversation?

Send a WhatsApp message or complete the same short inquiry form used on this website. Share your name, country, and which areas you want to discuss in plain sentences. Photos in fitted clothing are welcome later if a preliminary assessment would help. There is no photo-upload funnel on this page. You are not booking an operation by filling the form.
